These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of the 100,000 Wall Art Bundle through Art Hustle Vault. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. Product

The product is a digital bundle of wall art files delivered through a document containing category download links. The bundle is too large to supply as one single download.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is currently accepted through PayPal only.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, the buyer receives a document containing the category download links. Access is intended to be permanent, subject to reasonable maintenance, replacement, or updating of links where needed.

4. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing correct purchase details and for keeping your access document secure. You must not share the full package or the access document publicly.

5. Licence

Your purchase is governed by the separate Resell Rights / Licence page, which forms part of these terms.

6. No unauthorised redistribution

You must not resell, give away, repackage, sublicence, or redistribute the whole bundle, the link document, or any bundle made substantially from this bundle.

7. Faults and access issues

If the product is faulty, not as described, or links do not work as supplied, please contact us at info@mamretail.co.uk so we can investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or otherwise address the issue.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
